Your free consult will begin with an advanced body composition analysis which will provide you with a valuable baseline to assess your progress during your weight loss journey. Next you will have an in-depth discussion about your weight loss goals and medical history to determine if this is the right choice for you.
Length of treatment will depend on your individual needs. We are seeing some of our clients achieve their goals in just a few months depending on their individual weight loss goals.

Semaglutide & Tirzepatide ( the active ingredients found in Ozempic and Mounjaro, respectively) are two of the top non-surgical options doctors are using for medical weight loss in Indianapolis. What about those side effects?!!
Let’s talk about it – common side effects include but are not limited to nausea and vomiting, constipation or diarrhea.
That being the case, we have developed a program to help minimize these side effects. We make certain that our patients are educated on the possible side effects and how to deal with them should they occur.
Your program is designed to minimize these effects by providing you with a structured program with quality medications. We avoid sodium acetate based semaglutide which although is significantly less expensive to make, we feel our clients have a better experience with our quality sourced product.

What is the difference between Ozempic or Wegovy and compounded Semaglutide?
The medication used at SimplySkin is compounded Semaglutide formulated by trusted pharmacies here in the US. The active ingredient is the generic version of the active ingredient used in Ozempic and Wegovy.
Compounded Tirzepatide contains the generic version of the active ingredient used in Mounjaro and Zepbound. Our compounded medication also includes Cyanocobalamin to increase energy.
*One benefit is that generic versions of these drugs are in ample supply and can be prescribed at lower costs to our patients than the branded prescriptions. (See disclaimer below)
How quickly do Medical Weight Loss injections work?
You should expect to see your results from injections within the first few weeks of starting your program. Treatment plans generally require a weekly subcutaneous injection until the desired weight is achieved. The length of treatment will depend on your individual program goals.
What about Ozempic Face & Butt?
The reference comes from folks losing weight too fast – so the body loses both fat and muscle. Our program is designed so that your weight loss is steady. We monitor both your fat and muscle loss. You will be encouraged to participate in a muscle-building program. We also offer EmSculpt treatments which is very helpful for patients that are unable to participate in moderate weight training.
Are the Rumors True?
Is there an increased chance I might get pregnant on this drug even if I have PolyCystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS)?
While there is no conclusive evidence yet, trends suggest and from the experience of our team members, we can say……it is a possibility!
Am I locked into a commitment?
There is no long-term commitment to our program, only a commitment to your success! We have designed the program to easily understand your costs each month. Should you find the medication isn’t right for you can discuss alternatives with your provider or end your injections at any time.
After your free initial consult and assessment, should you decide to move forward, there is a one-time fee for your first meeting with your provider. This meeting is a detailed education session. You will usually receive your medication that same day at our spa (priced separately). After that, your monthly treatment will include a body scan analysis, a visit with your provider to discuss your progress and your weight loss medication, all rolled into one monthly price.

We offer CareCredit, HSA, FSA cards and accept most credit cards. SimplySkin Gift Cards are also available for purchase and can be redeemed for weight loss treatments or any of our many other services offered at both of our locations in Fishers, IN and our Zionsville / Carmel West location.

Tirzepatide is a single peptide that triggers the body's receptors for GIP and GLP-1, two natural incretin hormones. Cyanocobalamin will help increase energy.
