SimplySkin MedSpa will continue to operate on a normal schedule, as our office is not considered to be at risk at this time. We will continue to provide services to healthy clients.
We, like many of you, are closely monitoring the coronavirus and its impacts around the country. As coronavirus (COVID-19) has begun to spread in the United States, we want to assure you that SimplySkin is committed to the wellbeing of our customers and employees. As concerns and fear over COVID-19 continue to grow, along with ongoing announcements of closures and cancellations, we would like to provide an update regarding our practice policies.
It is our standard protocol to sanitize all surfaces of our treatment rooms before every patient treatment. In addition, we frequently wipe down all surfaces in our lobby, front door, restrooms and throughout the entire office during our hours of operation, and our suite is professionally cleaned and sanitized.
In order to maintain wellness among our staff and patients, we require that any staff member or patient who is not feeling well, experiencing symptoms of any kind or a recent fever, please remain home. COVID-19 symptoms share common symptoms of the flu.
There will be no fee to reschedule your appointment.
If a staff member who is scheduled to provide your service(s) becomes ill, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment.
